Q: What is the minimum order for custom engraving?
Custom engraving is available from 10 sets onward. The engraving is pressed into wet clay before firing and is therefore identical across all sets from the same production batch. For different names per set (personalised gifting), the minimum is 25 sets with 6-week lead time.

Q: Can the set be customised further?
Yes — standard customisations available: different piece configurations (replace kulhads with mugs, or diyas with a small handi), different box size, company colour-matched kraft box interior, custom printed gift card. Email corporate@klayvi.in for custom configurations.

Q: Is GST invoicing available?

Q: How are 500+ sets delivered?
Logistics for large-scale delivery is handled by our corporate fulfilment partner — we manage the delivery to individual addresses from our end. Bulk delivery to a single address (for company-internal distribution) is also available at reduced per-set freight cost.

Q: What is the return/replacement policy for corporate orders?
Any piece that arrives damaged is replaced at no cost within 7 days of delivery. For quality issues identified at scale (across multiple sets from the same batch), we replace the affected batch entirely and prioritise resupply for the corporate order.
