Q: The two mugs look slightly different. Did I get mismatched ones?
No — they are intentionally slightly different. Hand-thrown means no two are identical, even from the same batch. What you are seeing is the authentic variation of craft. The colour should be from the same batch (similar tones), but the heights may vary by 3–5mm and the wall thickness by 0.5–1mm. This is correct and desirable.
Q: Can I buy replacement mugs if one breaks?
Yes. Email us the batch number (from the batch QR card) and we will match the clay batch as closely as current stock allows. Perfect matching is not guaranteed if the original batch is sold out, but we will source the closest available.
Q: Is the seed paper insert safe to plant indoors?
Yes. The seed paper contains wildflower seeds appropriate for Indian growing conditions — marigold, sunflower, and Indian basil. Tear into small pieces, press 1cm into damp potting soil, water regularly. Germination in 7–14 days. Plant in a pot with drainage.
Q: Is the gift box big enough to include other items?
