Why These Ingredients
- SLS/SLES-free: glucoside surfactants preserve the flaxseed-oil seasoning polymer layer — zero saponification risk at neutral pH.
- Indian saponin actives (Soapnut): 2,000-year validated Indian cleansers — 6–15% saponin delivers effective foam and soil removal at pH 6–8 without mineral leaching.
- pH 6.5–7.2 constraint: above pH 8, clay surface roughness (Ra) degrades permanently within 5 wash cycles — destroying the natural non-stick quality.
- Natural preservative (Rosemary extract 0.3% (natural)): zero parabens, zero formaldehyde-releasing agents — consistent with Klayvi’s zero-toxin brand promise.
How to Use
- Wet the clay vessel thoroughly with water before applying product.
- Apply a small amount to a soft natural sponge or sisal scrubber.
- Gently scrub interior and exterior in circular motions — do not use metal scrubbers.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water until no residue remains.
- Air-dry completely in a well-ventilated area before storing or re-seasoning.
- Refill: pour pouch contents into the original amber glass bottle and seal.
